Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
  • Design and develop enterprise-grade automation platforms to enable scalable workstation provisioning and configuration management.
  • The role focuses on building a Lite-Touch Automation Platform and a Configuration Quality Verification Platform to ensure deterministic, repeatable, and policy-driven configuration deployment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing modular automation workflows, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring compliance, traceability, and auditability across automation processes.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Design and build a Lite-Touch Automation Platform for scalable workstation provisioning and configuration management.
  • Architect and develop enterprise automation frameworks for deterministic configuration deployment.
  • Implement modular automation workflows supporting policy-driven configuration management.
  • Ensure fully repeatable and consistent configuration outcomes.
  • Enable input-driven configuration provisioning using structured inputs.
  • Integrate automation with enterprise request and service management platforms.
  • Implement logging, traceability, and auditability across workflows.
  • Manage configuration artifacts using version-controlled practices.
  • Eliminate configuration drift and manual inconsistencies through automation.
  • Design and develop a Configuration Quality Verification Platform for validation of workstation configurations.
  • Build automated verification workflows to validate configuration states.
  • Implement compliance validation aligned with enterprise quality standards.
  • Detect configuration drift and unauthorized changes.
  • Verify alignment between requested and deployed configurations.
  • Generate automated reports and audit artifacts for compliance.
  • Enable engineering teams to perform automated quality assurance.
Experience:
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing automation platforms or infrastructure automation systems.
  • Proven experience building enterprise automation frameworks or internal developer tools.
  • Strong background in DevOps engineering.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automation platforms for workstation provisioning and configuration management.
  • Build scalable and modular automation frameworks.
  • Integrate automation workflows with enterprise systems and tools.
  • Ensure compliance, auditability, and traceability across automation processes.
  • Support quality verification and validation of configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation and quality assurance practices.
Should Have:
  • Experience in distributed systems design and automation platform architecture.
  • Knowledge of modular framework development and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Familiarity with REST API development and identity/authentication frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud and containerized environments.
  • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and telemetry systems.
  • Understanding of secure development lifecycle practices and access control mechanisms.
  • Experience working in regulated industries.
Skills:
  • PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
  • C# and .NET application development.
  • Git-based source control and development workflows.
  • Code review practices and modern DevOps methodologies.
  • AI integration and development workflows.
  • Prompt engineering and AI-assisted development.
  • AI agent orchestration and modern LLM ecosystem experience.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
