Job Details

We are looking for an experienced SerDes Validation Engineer to join our team and help validate high-speed interfaces used in advanced silicon products, including CPUs, GPUs, network cards, and AI accelerators. This role involves hands-on validation, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and support from early silicon bring-up through production.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute validation for high-speed SerDes interfaces
• Develop validation strategies and test plans for PCIe and 800G Ethernet
• Perform hands-on validation using lab equipment and automation
• Support production testing and help debug issues during manufacturing
• Work closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to resolve performance and reliability issues
• Develop Python scripts and firmware support to improve validation efficiency
• Document test plans, results, and key findings

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SerDes validation
• Solid understanding of PCIe and Ethernet standards (800G preferred)
• Experience with validation tools such as oscilloscopes, BERTs, and protocol analyzers
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Experience with firmware development or debugging
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
