Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing enterprise vault systems.
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and credential vault solutions.
  • Knowledge of directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Experience troubleshooting systems, applications, and security incidents.
  • Understanding of encryption protocols such as SSL/TLS and network traffic analysis.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong documentation and process improvement skills.

Experience:

  • Experience providing Level 2 or Level 3 technical support.
  • Experience in system monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Experience working with security technologies including SSO and password management systems.
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, update, maintain, monitor, and test systems and applications.
  • Provide advanced technical support by troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
  • Manage enterprise vault systems and privileged identity management solutions.
  • Implement and maintain security controls including IAM and PAM technologies.
  • Provide recommendations to improve system security and efficiency.
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
  • Analyze processes and implement improvements for efficiency and security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Participate in projects, workgroups, and system enhancements.

Should Have:

  • Experience working with enterprise-level vault systems.
  • Knowledge of database and system monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with change and problem management processes.

Qualification and Education:
