Procurement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business Process SME

We are seeking a Procurement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business Process Subject Matter Expert to help evaluate and define best-practice procurement contracting processes and platform strategy. This consultant will partner closely with IT, Procurement, and Legal stakeholders to assess overlapping functionality and licensing across Conga CLM and SAP Ariba Contracts/CLM, and recommend the optimal future-state operating model.

Objectives

The consultant will help:

• Define best practice contract lifecycle management processes across Procurement and Legal

• Map current-state workflows and pain points across Conga CLM and Ariba CLM

• Identify redundancy across platforms and guide decisions to minimize overlap and unnecessary licensing

• Provide documentation and recommendations that can be used for internal alignment and roadmap planning

Required Expertise

• 8+ years in procurement contracting / CLM process design

• Experience in defining best practice contract lifecycle management processes across Procurement and Legal

• Experience guiding companies through a CLM platform coexistence strategy
• Strong experience aligning processes between Legal and Procurement

• Experience with Conga CLM

• Experience with SAP Ariba
