Summary

Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to support one of our premier federal law enforcement clients. This role is located in Clarksburg, WV. This role provides leadership and oversight for the Information Systems as a Service (ISaaS) program, managing multiple technical teams and projects focused on cybersecurity, data intelligence, and secure IT operations. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise, cybersecurity knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across government stakeholders.

This position is contingent upon winning contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all teams that comprise the ISaaS program, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, schedules, and performance goals
  • Lead one or more projects or programs; may manage an operating office and supervise professional and technical personnel across their respective disciplines.
  • Maintain aggressive efforts to achieve program objectives while ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise assigned personnel, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement Quality Assurance programs for all products and services delivered under the program.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified staff to support program requirements and future growth.
  • Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to ensure timely and successful task completion.
  • Monitor call orders, subcontractor performance, and funding levels; prepare forecasts and assess program financial performance.
  • Develop and deliver required call order, departmental, project, and financial reports to internal leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Assess risk, identify business and operational threats, and evaluate system and network security programs to support an effective security operations strategy.
  • Utilize the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) to assist with and manage information security incidents, minimizing risk to systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with government teams to conduct cybersecurity operations across multiple federal organizations.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in partnership with government personnel to enhance security operations, improve incident response, and meet compliance requirements.
  • Work with government departments to deploy security best practices resulting from cybersecurity assessments of systems and data.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT projects or programs in a federal or high-security environment.
  • Experience supervising technical teams and delivering complex IT or cybersecurity services.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with government stakeholders and technical teams.
