Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid)

Exp Level: 10 yrs+

Interview: TEAMS (final round may be face to face)

Duration: 12 months+

Rate: $41/hr on W2

Summary:

We are seeking a senior level Data Analyst to support the Insider Risk program of ISDAD. Supports business decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data using accessible tools and methods. This role focuses on deriving insights from reports and dashboards without requiring deep coding or technical expertise. Must be a hands-on data driven individual.

Responsibilities:

1) Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.

2) Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance using Excel or BI tools. Any exposure to SQL and relational databases is a must.

3) Prepare visualizations, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders.

4) Collaborate with business units to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.

5) Support ad hoc data requests and routine reporting. Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across reporting processes.

Skills:

1) Strong SQL database skills preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.

2) Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

3) Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context.

4) Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

5) Basic understanding of data governance and privacy principles.
