Summary

Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire a Project Manager - Genesys Cloud to work part-time for up to 30 hours per week for 6 months. The Project Manager will work under the direction of the end client's project leadership and in coordination with the vendor's implementation team. The role will provide project coordination and management support focused on planning, status tracking, stakeholder alignment, readiness, and issue escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, and readiness activities.
Facilitate project meetings, governance activities, stakeholder communications, and follow-up.
Prepare weekly status reports covering progress, risks, issues, blockers, decisions, and dependencies.
Track and escalate client-owned risks, issues, decisions, approvals, and action items.
Coordinate stakeholder inputs, business decisions, documentation, approvals, and project dependencies.
Support discovery, design reviews, testing planning, readiness reviews, implementation checkpoints, and go-live planning.
Identify and coordinate potential scope or capacity changes through established change-management processes.
Maintain clear communication and alignment between Client stakeholders and the Genesys implementation team.
Provide an engagement closeout summary of outstanding actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and transition items.

Required Skills:

Strong experience managing project activities, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, or other structured project management methodologies.
Experience with Genesys Cloud and contact center implementations
Ability to coordinate effectively with business leaders, technical teams, SMEs, decision-makers, and third-party stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
Experience preparing project status reports, tracking progress, identifying blockers, and communicating key updates.
to identify, document, track, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
Experience supporting testing planning, readiness reviews, implementation checkpoints, and go-live planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
