Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, React, cloud technologies, microservices, databases, CI/CD, and application monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong backend foundation while also being comfortable developing modern front-end applications.

Experience with AI-powered code acceleration tools and Splunk for monitoring and logging is required.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
Develop and enhance modern front-end applications using React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Design and implement microservices-based applications in cloud environments.
Develop and optimize database solutions, including writing complex SQL queries and improving application/database performance.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Monitor applications, troubleshoot production issues, and analyze logs using Splunk.
Follow software engineering best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and application performance.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
Leverage AI-powered developer/code acceleration tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot
3+ years of front-end development experience, preferably with React
3+ years of cloud and microservices experience
3+ years of strong database experience, including SQL
Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
Experience using AI code acceleration/developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, or similar tools
2+ years of experience with Splunk for application monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and analysis
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
