- Bachelor’s Degree required with a major in communications, business or social sciences.
- 3+ years’ experience in internal communications, ideally in IT, HR, Internal Communications, or Marketing.
- Requires strong writing and editing skills.
- Strong use of generative AI to support development.
- Strong understanding of collecting and presenting data effectively.
- Strong desktop computer skills, preferably with the Microsoft 365 app suite.
- Fluency with IT, technology, or technical subject matter required.
- Technical writing skills are a plus.
- Corporate or other social media posting experience is a plus.
- Search engine optimized (SEO) writing experience is a plus.
