Rate: Negotiable

Onsite 3 days week

A Salesforce Project Manager leads the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of Salesforce projects. They act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, ensuring that requirements are translated into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of Salesforce projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements for developers and consultants.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and conflicts, escalating when necessary.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, change controls, and Salesforce best practices.
• Conduct project meetings, status reporting, and postproject evaluations.
• Oversee releases and cutover plans for Salesforce deployments.
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering high performance and professional growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Consultant) preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in Salesforce or professional services.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, or related technologies is often beneficial.

Desired Skills

• Expertise with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Salesforce1).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organization under pressure.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, SDLC, and enterprise systems.
