Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mainframe SAS Developer to design, develop, and maintain SAS-based applications running on mainframe environments. The role involves developing data processing solutions, supporting analytics workloads, and ensuring efficient data integration between mainframe systems and enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SAS programs and scripts in mainframe environments.
Build and optimize data processing, transformation, and reporting workflows using SAS.
Work with mainframe data sources such as DB2, VSAM, and flat files.
Develop and maintain batch jobs and to support SAS processing.
Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with business analysts, data teams, and developers to implement data solutions.
Optimize SAS jobs and data workflows for performance and scalability.
Maintain documentation and support production deployments and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in SAS development in mainframe environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Base SAS, SAS Macro, and SAS programming.
Experience working with mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
Good understanding of batch processing and job scheduling.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data integration and large-scale data processing.
