Summary

Role: SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits Consultant

Work location: Hershey, PA - Remote + Hybrid (may require a travel depends on release)

Duration: 5 Months

Must have skills: SAP Benefits Administration/ Payroll USA

Years of experience required for each skill? 14+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP Benefits Administration and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
  • Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.
  • Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
  • Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work
  • Prepare and maintain functional specifications for system enhancements and custom developments.
  • Work closely with ABAP HR technical team and integration teams for enhancements.
  • Adhere to project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
