Instructional Design & Training Specialist/Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist/Learning Experience Designer (LXD)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Design & Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of standardized training programs. This role will focus on creating engaging learning materials, enhancing knowledge management systems, and improving overall training effectiveness and user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of training programs and learning materials
• Create and update web-based and print training content to support various learning needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, information management teams, and administrators to enhance training structure and delivery
• Support knowledge base management, including content updates, tagging, and taxonomy improvements
• Participate in system evaluations and contribute to building business cases for new training initiatives
• Attend cross-functional meetings and support documentation of training processes and materials
• Help ensure successful adoption and effectiveness of training programs across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Instructional Design, Information Science, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)
