Technical Project Manager (TPM) (Succes Factors & ADP Intigrations)

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager with deep Payroll domain expertise.
• Hands-on experience managing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP Payroll.
• Strong understanding of HRMS, Payroll Processes, ADP, and SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Focus is on program/project management and integration oversight, not technical development.
• Resource should be a self-driven leader capable of managing multiple programs and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Experience handling enterprise-scale transformation projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Engineering background preferred with the ability to understand complex integration challenges.
