Role: Informatica IDMC Data Governance Lead
Location: Orange, CT (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite/week)
Job Description:
· Minimum 7-10 years of experience in data integration and data governance solutions (Cloud Data Catalog, Cloud Data Governance and Cloud Data Quality), data warehousing / Big Data/ Hadoop / RDBMS, Data management tools and technologies implementation.
· Must have 3+ years on Informatica Cloud Services (IDMC – Data Integration, Cloud Data Governance, Cloud Marketplace, Cloud Dat Quality).
· Must have experience as DG Data Steward on IDMC to enable DQ/Data Profiling rules, DQ Dashboards, and Data Products enablement on Data Marketplace
· Execute standard onboarding of technical and business metadata into the CDenvironments, ensuring the population of data lineage and linkage between the technical and business metadata. Build robust and scalable application to adopt various source systems.
· Facilitate discussion with data stakeholders on data governance processes, and translate those requirements into CDAssets, Policies, Regulations & workflows
· Ability to develop, capture, and communicate knowledge of operational practices and requirements
· Develop deep understandings of why operational differences exist, what is needed to drive efficient workflow, and how users of all types need to consume information and make decisions
· Creatively frame customer’s problem & generate hypotheses to answer customer’s problem
· Use clear logic to design and sanity check findings
· Perform accurate analysis of situations and data availability
· Should have experience in Python and PowerShell
