Design and architect enterprise-scale Kubernetes platforms supporting mission-critical applications.

5+ years of hands-on Kubernetes architecture experience, including control plane, worker nodes, API server, etcd, and resource lifecycle management.

10+ years of infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering experience, with AWS preferred.

Strong expertise in Cluster API (CAPI) for cluster provisioning, upgrades, scaling, and lifecycle automation.

Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes workloads, networking, CNI, CoreDNS, Ingress, Gateway API, and Network Policies.

Implement GitOps deployment models using Flux, Helm, Kustomize, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Manage Kubernetes security, RBAC, secrets, certificate management, and policy enforcement.

Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, monitoring, logging, and alerting.

Expertise in persistent storage, CSI, PV/PVC, disaster recovery, backup/restore, and high availability.

Mandatory CKA certification. CKAD, CKS, AWS certifications, and Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP) are preferred.

Lead troubleshooting, governance, platform modernization, stakeholder collaboration, and technical mentoring.
