We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers a great opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation cases, and contribute to the success of our legal department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in legal research, trial preparation, e-discovery, and cite checking. Commercial or complex litigation experience is required. A bachelor's degree is also required. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
2. Coordinate and manage the e-discovery process, including document collection, review, and production.
3. Utilize Relativity for document review and management, ensuring efficient and accurate data handling.
4. Prepare and manage trial exhibits, witness files, and other trial-related documents.
5. Perform cite checking and Blue Book formatting for all legal documents and court filings.
6. Collaborate with the legal team to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings.
7. Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
8. Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.
9. Maintain an organized and up-to-date case file system.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
2. Bachelor's degree.
3. Proficient in legal research, e-discovery, and trial preparation.
4. Experience with Relativity and Blue Book citation is essential.
5. Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and litigation terminology.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
11. Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
13. Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
