Job Title: Procurement Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding and compliance processes
- Manage license acquisition and renewal purchases
- Track and report data using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Build reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and high data quality
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Skills & Experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with procurement, finance tools, and budget management
- Knowledge of Microsoft purchasing and operational processes
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI
- Experience in supplier/vendor engagement
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

he pay range for this role is $90000 - $100000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
