RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Coordinator - Business Operations to join their team in Los Angeles (hybrid).
Duties:
* Independently handle standard, repeatable cases; complex or policy-exception escalations to be routed through senior managers
* Coordinate with Care agents, Engineering, and Product teams for issue resolution and account reconciliation
* Track recurring issue trends and provide operational insights to senior managers
* Manage operational coordination of DSAR intake and fulfillment while ownership remains within BizOps
* Handle request validation, data gathering, response preparation, and SLA tracking
* Coordinate with senior managers to ensure compliant and accurate responses
* Maintain DSAR trackers, audit documentation, and status reporting
* Develop process documentation to support future transition to back-office agent
* Lead and track all migration activities for the client's subscription product
* Draft, format, and publish agent-ready Newsblasts with clear talking points, timelines, FAQs, and escalation guidance
* Maintain and update centralized Care communications and documentation
* Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure messaging accuracy and timeliness
Act as the primary coordinator for inbound customer issues related to:
* Account access (login failures, device limits, region restrictions)
* Entitlement discrepancies (missing subscriptions, incorrect tiers, bundle access)
* Payment issues (failed charges, billing errors, renewals)
* Refund eligibility review and processing coordination
Own end to end coordination of Care-facing communications, including:
* Offers and promotions
* Platform updates, outages, and known issues
* Tool updates, workflows, and policy reminders
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
