Job Description:
The client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on modernizing legacy applications and building scalable data platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering and business teams to drive complex technical programs from planning through execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional technical programs and software modernization initiatives
Coordinate project execution across engineering and business teams
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Drive Agile delivery processes and release planning
Collaborate with engineering teams on software architecture and feature delivery
Define and improve execution processes and engineering best practices
Support both legacy platform maintenance and future product planning
Gather requirements and coordinate deployment activities

Required Qualifications:

AWS experiences are required
Must have technical, previously worked in Software engineering projects
Experience working directly with engineering teams
Strong technical program management experience
Experience managing cross-functional projects and release schedules
Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience
Experience gathering requirements and reviewing functional/test specifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or advanced technical degree
Knowledge of software architecture concepts
Experience with domain-driven design, test-driven development, and behavior-driven development
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Knowledge of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle
Experience with Jira and Confluence
