Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This 3-6-month contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful business decisions through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Power BI development, data analysis, and business intelligence to help transform complex data into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to present key business metrics.
Collaborate with various business units to identify data-driven solutions and implement business intelligence strategies.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation and quality control measures.
Provide training and technical support to end-users, enabling them to efficiently utilize BI tools and dashboards.
Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance BI solutions and practices.
Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports to meet evolving stakeholder needs.
Translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable insights through advanced Power BI development.
Assist in mining and analyzing data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
Develop processes for validating and preparing data for analysis, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Power BI development and business analytics.
Strong expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including advanced report and dashboard creation.
Solid understanding of data mining techniques and data validation practices.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts effectively.
Knowledge of best practices in BI and data analytics.
Familiarity with training and supporting end-users on BI tools and processes.
Ability to work onsite in Blue Ash, Ohio, with potential for a hybrid schedule.
