Inspiration is seeking a Senior Kubernetes Administrator to join their innovative team.
Role Overview
This highly technical position focuses primarily on Kubernetes, with Linux experience as a supporting skill. The Senior Kubernetes Administrator will work within a complex infrastructure environment supporting Kubernetes platforms, containerized applications, cloud services, and physical data center environments. The role will work closely with developers and other technology personnel to support the implementation and management of Kubernetes-based environments. The position also supports services operating within Amazon Web Services and physical data centers. The standard work arrangement is Hybrid - 20% Onsite / 80% Remote, with flexibility to be on site 5 days if required by the management team.
Primary Responsibilities
Architect and design complex Kubernetes computing environments across on-premises and Cloud/AWS environments.
Support the implementation, administration, management, and troubleshooting of Kubernetes environments.
Use Linux experience to support the underlying environment where needed.
Collaborate closely with developers and other technology personnel.
Develop, migrate, and manage services in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment, and in physical data centers.
Support the deployment and ongoing operation of containerized applications.
Work with Kubernetes configuration and deployment artifacts as part of platform administration and application delivery.
Participate in operational support activities and the required on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong Kubernetes implementation and management skills (Rancher container management platform)
Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot Manifest Files
Ability to develop, read, and update Helm Charts
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling; experience using Git and GitLab
Experience deploying containerized applications in a public cloud provider (AWS EKS / ECS, Azure ACI / AKS)
