Architect/ Dev Lead _ Santa Clara, CA (onsite)
Lead architecture, design, and development of fullstack solutions (frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud services).
Define technical standards, best practices, and patterns for the engineering team.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, security practices, and deployment pipelines.
Mentor and guide developers across multiple teams and ensure highquality delivery.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve the tech stack.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and container ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong foundation in database systems (SQL & NoSQL).
Knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing.
Excellent problemsolving, communication, and leadership skills.
