Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across multiple departments
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting
Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee changes and reporting needs
Support audits and maintain proper documentation
Qualifications
2+ years of payroll experience
Experience with multi-state payroll processing preferred
Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational and time management skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
