Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with strong expertise in CRM implementations, Azure AI, and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in enterprise-level CRM systems, integrations, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft CE (Customer Engagement) application implementations
• 10+ years of CRM development using .NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, and Reporting Services
• 5+ years as a Microsoft Certified FastTrack Solution Architect for Business Applications
• 2+ years of experience with Azure AI services and Machine Learning in D365 CE

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Experience delivering FastTrack projects for Microsoft Business Applications
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions (Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Copilot, Azure AI)
• Strong experience with Dynamics Contact Center solutions
• Experience in training teams on AI tools and CRM features
• Expertise in data migration to Microsoft CRM from legacy systems
• Experience integrating CRM with ERP systems and other data platforms
• Experience building high-volume contact center applications (CRM, Portals, Mobile Apps, IVR, Chatbots)
• Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Microsoft ADO Testing Module
