Overview:-
We are seeking a UX/UI Design Engineer with strong front-end development expertise to support a critical transformation initiative. This role will play a key part in modernizing applications as the organization transitions from Java-based systems to Oracle APEX, while also supporting ongoing Java J2EE projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and development, with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design and develop intuitive, responsive UI/UX solutionsfor enterprise applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
Build and enhance front-end componentsusing modern web technologies
Support the migration from Java applications to Oracle APEX, ensuring seamless user experiences
Work alongside backend developers on Java/J2EE applicationsto integrate UI components
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
Maintain design consistency across platforms using UI standards and best practices

Required Qualifications:-

Strong experience in UX/UI design with hands-on front-end development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
Experience designing and developing enterprise-level applications
Familiarity with Java/J2EE environmentsand working with backend teams
Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces

Preferred Qualifications:-

Experience with Oracle APEXor similar low-code platforms
Exposure to application modernization or migration projects
Knowledge of design toolssuch as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Background in Agile/Scrum environments

Delivering modern, user-friendly interfacesthat improve usability and adoption
Supporting a smooth technology transition from Java to Oracle APEX
Bridging the gap between design and development teamseffectively
