Job Title: SNow Business Process Consultant
Duration: 12 Months Contracts with potential extension/ conversion(REMOTE)
Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr
Day to Day Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping clients rethink, refine, and transform their operational processes.
You will roadmap with clients, lead process alignment workshops and take in / gather requirements with stakeholders.
Your expertise in business process optimization combined with your SNow knowledge will enable organizations to enhance service delivery, increase asset lifecycle efficiency, and improve customer and field technician experiences in building out a new website and mobile application on the SNow platform for a large end client.
Must Haves:
5+ years working as an Business Process Consultant with Enterprise clients
CSM (Customer Service Management)
Leadership experience - working with customers at a high level in sticky projects
