Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Motion Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a UX Motion Designer who will define and elevate the motion language across our digital experiences. This role requires a balance of conceptual vision, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration to bring intuitive, delightful interactions to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motion Language Development: Establish a cohesive motion language that spans conceptual vision, stakeholder presentations, and final implementation.
  • Interaction Design Translate complex interactions into intuitive experiences by designing interactive transitions and non-interactive informative flows that enhance usability and delight.
  • Design System Contribution: Establish and scale motion patterns and best practices, contributing to the broader design system to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with UX Designers, PMs, and Engineers to solve complex interaction challenges, using motion to bridge the gap between static mocks and live products.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering polished motion solutions and detailed implementation specs under tight deadlines.


Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion design in digital products.
  • Expertise in tools such as After Effects, Principle, Figma, or similar.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and present to stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to design systems and scaling motion guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
