Job Title: Oracle NetSuite/Fusion Functional Consultant – ERP Finance with Field Service Applications
Location: Midwest, USA (Chicago, IL / Sioux Falls, SD / Minneapolis, MN)
Engagement Type: Contract
Duration: 3–4 Weeks
Rate: $75/hr + Travel Expenses
There will be a training for resource for 3 days, and the remaining time will be onsite.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite/Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in ERP Finance modules and Field Service applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering both end-user training and post-go-live support training, ensuring smooth adoption of the platform across finance and field service teams. This is a short-term, on-site engagement across Midwest locations, requiring flexibility to travel between Chicago, Sioux Falls, and Minneapolis as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional training sessions for end users on Oracle NetSuite/Fusion ERP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, etc.)
- Provide training and support for Field Service application functionality and workflows
- Design and customize training materials, user guides, and quick-reference documentation tailored to client business processes
- Conduct hands-on/workshop-style training sessions for finance and field service end users
- Support post-training queries and troubleshoot user issues during the stabilization period
- Collaborate with implementation and project teams to align training content with configured system functionality
- Travel across Midwest client locations (Chicago, Sioux Falls, Minneapolis) as required for on-site sessions
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven functional experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically Finance modules
- Experience with Field Service application functionality within NetSuite/Fusion ecosystem
- Prior experience delivering end-user training and support training in an ERP implementation setting
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex ERP concepts for varied audiences
- Ability to travel across multiple Midwest locations during the engagement
- Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred
