Senior Technical Analyst - Genesys & Intradiem Integration and Support / Information Systems Architecture / Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) / Charlotte, NC

Our client is a leading organization within the financial services industry. Based out of Charlotte, NC, they are looking to hire a Senior Technical Analyst - Genesys & Intradiem Integration and Support on a contract basis. This is a 6-month engagement with the potential for extension.

This is an opportunity to play a critical role in modernizing and optimizing enterprise contact center operations. The team is seeking a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX and Intradiem who can drive integrations, influence architecture decisions, and collaborate across security, operations, and vendor teams. You'll have the opportunity to design scalable solutions, support enterprise-level initiatives, and contribute throughout implementation and post-production stabilization while working alongside highly visible stakeholders.

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in systems architecture or technical analysis
  • Deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX including call routing, IVR/voice flows, APIs, and platform administration
  • Experience with Intradiem workforce automation and contact center integrations
  • Expertise with REST APIs and webhook-based integrations
  • Ability to create Architectural Design Documents, solution blueprints, and data flow diagrams
  • Experience with Visio, Confluence, JIRA, or similar documentation tools
  • Familiarity with workforce management platforms and contact center environments
  • Understanding of enterprise security reviews, data privacy, and compliance requirements
  • Experience collaborating with architecture, operations, security, and third-party vendors
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Genesys Cloud CX certification
  • Experience within financial services or other regulated industries
  • Agile or hybrid delivery experience
  • Hypercare and post-deployment support experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and document enterprise integration architectures
  • Develop technical specifications, system models, and solution blueprints
  • Coordinate with internal architecture, security, and operations teams
  • Partner with external vendors throughout solution delivery
  • Support implementation activities and post-deployment stabilization
  • Communicate architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and compliance requirements
