Job Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong healthcare domain experience and exposure to Epic modules/integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and custom scripting, along with experience supporting healthcare workflows and integrating ServiceNow with Epic applications.
The candidate should be able to work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to build and support workflows related to incidents, requests, change management, onboarding, access management, and Epic-related support processes.
Required Skills:
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience in:
ITSM.
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Service Catalog.
Flow Designer.
IntegrationHub.
CMDB.
Discovery.
Service Portal.
Scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions.
Experience in healthcare or hospital environment.
Experience working with HIPAA-compliant applications and healthcare processes.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Epic systems.
Strong REST/SOAP API integration experience.
Experience with MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and Active Directory integrations.
Good understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
