We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS (Merchandise Foundation Cloud Services) Testing Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Retail testing and test leadership.

• Oracle Retail MFCS / Merchandise Foundation Cloud Services
• Retail Domain Testing
• Functional & Integration Testing
• Test Planning & Test Case Design
• System / Regression / UAT Testing
• Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
• End-to-End Retail Business Process Testing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

• Lead testing activities for Oracle Retail MFCS implementations.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate retail business processes and data flows.
• Track defects and coordinate with development/business teams for resolution.
• Report testing status, risks, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
