Cvent platform admin

Administer and maintain the Cvent platform| including account settings| templates| workflows| user roles| permissions and configuration standards.Manage platform change and release activity| including impact assessment| testing| documentation| approvals and communications.Perform regular configuration| access and control reviews to ensure the platform remains aligned to privacy| information security| compliance and operational requirements.Manage configuration dependencies across Cvent| integrations and downstream systems| ensuring changes to fields| forms| workflows or settings are assessed for operational| reporting| compliance and data-flow impact.Support incidents| service requests and vendor cases related to Cvent configuration| access| integrations| reporting and platform behavior.Maintain platform documentation| including configuration baselines| support procedures| change records| decision logs and compliance evidence.Identify risks| configuration drift and improvement opportunities| working with stakeholders to agree and track remediation actions. Skills and experience requiredHands-on experience administering Cvent.Experience managing platform configuration| user roles| permissions| templates| custom fields| workflows| reporting or registration settings.Ability to understand and document how platform configuration| data fields| integrations| APIs and downstream systems depend on each other| including the impact of configuration changes on data flows| reporting and compliance controls.Understanding of change management| release management and operational governance in a controlled technology environment.Experience with access reviews| configuration reviews| audit evidence| compliance controls or risk remediation.Ability to troubleshoot platform issues| coordinate vendor support and document root cause| impact and resolution.Strong documentation| stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently across global teams and manage competing priorities. Ideally| youll also have Cvent certification or advanced Cvent administration experience.Experience with Cvent Event Management| OnArrival| Attendee Hub| reporting or account configuration.Experience supporting integrations between Cvent and CRM| marketing automation| identity| data warehouse or reporting platforms.Knowledge of event technology| attendee data flows| consent management| lead capture or SaaS vendor management.
