Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM & Learning Architect to serve as a strategic techno-functional advisor responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise HR and Learning solutions using Workday HCM, Workday Learning, and Sana UI Cloud.

The role focuses on end-to-end solution architecture, HR experience transformation, intelligent learning ecosystems, and scalable Workday configuration design. The architect will collaborate closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to align digital HR initiatives with workforce transformation strategies and deliver innovative employee experiences.

Key responsibilities include designing future-ready HR architectures, enabling AI-driven learning discovery, developing modern HR user experiences, and ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant global solutions. The role will also lead Workday configuration, integrations, reporting strategies, and release adoption initiatives, while driving HR technology transformation and automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Workday Certification in at least two modules (preferably Workday HCM and/or Workday Learning).
• Strong expertise in Workday Security Framework, Advanced Reporting, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports.
• Experience with Workday Skills Cloud, Talent Marketplace, and enterprise integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors) preferred.
• Experience designing AI-driven HR and learning experiences using Sana UI Cloud.
• Excellent stakeholder management, advisory, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate architectural roadmaps to leadership.
• Strong analytical, solution design, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong expertise in Core HCM and Workday Learning.
• 3+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Development Leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday implementations (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
• Hands-on experience configuring Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Learning modules.
• Experience architecting enterprise integrations between Workday, learning content providers, payroll systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Experience designing global HR solutions supporting multi-country compliance including US, Mexico, UK, and India.
• Experience leading HR technology transformation initiatives, skills-based workforce planning, and learning governance frameworks.
