Responsibilities include:
- Defining and refining product priorities for platform and integration capabilities
- Translating business objectives into clear, structured product requirements
- Managing and prioritizing work across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
- Partnering with engineering and delivery teams using Agile practices
- Supporting enhancements related to APIs, cloud services, and system integrations
- Communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- The role operates in an environment where reliability, security, scalability, and compliance are critical.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in product management or a closely related role
- Experience working with integration technologies such as APIs or middleware platforms
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and modern deployment models
- Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery frameworks and the software development lifecycle
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting shared platforms or internal enterprise services
- Exposure to highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
- Formal product management training or certification
