Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications and business reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using:
  • .NET Core / C#
  • RESTful APIs and backend services
  • React JS
  • JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including:
  • Stored Procedures
  • Views
  • Functions
  • Query optimization
  • Performance tuning
• Perform Oracle database development and migrate legacy Oracle data into SQL Server.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and paginated reports using Power BI.
• Build and support cloud-based applications utilizing Microsoft Azure services.
• Design cloud-native and cloud-hosted applications with emphasis on scalability, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues across the application stack.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guides.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to implement cloud governance, monitoring, and compliance.
• Transform and migrate legacy applications and legacy data into modern web-based solutions.
• Monitor application performance and proactively resolve security, reliability, and performance issues.
• Establish coding standards, development best practices, and technical governance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems within government, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
