Senior Frontend Developer (React) – Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer (React) – Team Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, modern JavaScript frameworks, team leadership, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Own end-to-end application delivery and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and business requirements into responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and performance-related issues.
• Implement and maintain unit testing and continuous integration practices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and Mocha.
• Knowledge of frontend build and performance optimization tools including Webpack and Babel.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Experience managing stakeholders and driving technical discussions.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools, including Claude AI.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development workflows.
