Java Full Stack Developer Advanced (8-12 years)

Location: Jersey City, NJ / Chicago, IL / Tampa. FL

(Only local candidates with local DL proof)

Contract: W2

Interview: Final Round Inperson interview is mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Kafka, SQL and AWS to design and build high-performance enterprise applications. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills (LeetCode/DSA) and experience delivering scalable solutions in agile environments.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.
Develop event-driven systems using Kafka (producer/consumer, topics, partitions, offset handling, retries).
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic.
Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch for deployment and monitoring.
Work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ensure performance, scalability, resiliency, and security of services.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support.
Apply engineering best practices including clean code, design patterns, logging, and monitoring.
Strong ability to solve DSA / LeetCode style coding problems.

Required Skills:

8–12 years of strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development
Strong experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
Strong in Microservices Architecture
Strong in Kafka (event streaming/messaging systems)
Strong experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch)
Strong hands-on experience in SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Strong experience building REST APIs
Good hands-on experience in Frontend:
React or Angular
JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Strong understanding of:
OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading
Design Patterns, SOLID principles
