Job Overview:
This intermediate Full Stack Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensure high-quality code delivery, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement responsive, user-friendly UI components and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integration points with internal and external systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain high code quality across the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full stack in a timely manner.
• Contribute to database design, query optimization, and data integrity for application features.
• Support build, deployment, and release processes, including working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications, services, and integrations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer at an intermediate level or similar software development role.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework or library (such as React, Angular, or Vue).
• Strong skills in core web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with one or more back-end technologies (such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and basic query optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and participating in iterative development cycles.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and basic application security principles.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Range: $60 - $70
