Are you an experienced Transmission Builder looking for a stable, high-volume shop where your skills are valued and your earning potential is uncapped? We are seeking a skilled professional who specializes in rebuilding transmissions and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
This position focuses exclusively on transmission rebuilding and assembly. No transmission R&R and no diagnostic responsibilities.
What You\'ll Do
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions
- Diagnose internal transmission failures and determine repair needs
- Rebuild gear sets, clutch packs, valve bodies, and torque converters
- Follow manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate with a team of automotive professionals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of transmission rebuilding experience
- Proven track record of successful transmission rebuilds
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Stable work history preferred
- Reliable transportation

Compensation
- $40-$50 Flat Rate Hour (Based on Experience)
- $85,000-$100,000+ Annual Earning Potential
