Summary

Job Description

  • Partner with the Product Manager to plan and execute delivery, including intake, prioritization support, sequencing, and release readiness.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives (intake, planning, execution, validation, and scaling recommendations).
  • Coordinate change management activities (communications, training, rollout readiness, and adoption tracking) across functional partners.
  • Monitor and support adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate blockers, risks, and dependencies, and drive alignment on mitigation plans and owners.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment across technology and business teams.
  • Identify and influence process improvements using delivery learnings, feedback, and data to increase team efficiency and predictability.
  • Execute and coordinate change requests and system enhancements, ensuring requirements clarity, readiness, and partner adoption.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product delivery, project/program management, product operations, product management, or relevant domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery and change readiness across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High ownership mindset with excellent time management, attention to detail, and accountability for high-quality outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid).
  • Experience partnering with multi-level management and cross line-of-business stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Ability to identify and implement AI-enabled efficiency opportunities within delivery and technology lifecycle processes, prioritizing reuse of existing platforms, tools, and solutions.
  • Ability to apply data-driven judgment to trade-offs and share best practices and learnings to raise team capability.
