Position: DataStage Developer

Location: Cincinnati, OH (100% Onsite Local Candidates Preferred)
Duration: Contract

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced DataStage Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise ETL solutions using IBM DataStage and CloudPak for Data. The role involves building high-performance data pipelines, integrating APIs, implementing CDC, and supporting cloud-based data platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage (v11.7)

  • Experience with IBM CloudPak for Data (CP4D)

  • Expertise in developing Parallel ETL jobs (Sort, Join, Lookup, Transformer, Dataset, Hierarchical stages)

  • Experience implementing Change Data Capture (CDC)

  • Strong experience in ETL framework design & performance tuning

  • Experience integrating REST APIs & JSON transformations

  • Experience with Snowflake and/or Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)

  • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins)

  • Knowledge of enterprise schedulers (Control-M / AutoSys / TWS / ESP / JAMS)
