Summary

Job Title: Snowflake AI Developer

Location: Stamford, CT

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake
Implement AI/ML models integrated with Snowflake for analytics and predictive insights
Develop and optimize SQL, Snowpark (Python/Java), and stored procedures
Integrate Snowflake with AI frameworks and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Work with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet, Avro)
Build data models to support AI, analytics, and reporting use cases
Optimize Snowflake performance, cost, and security
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders
Implement data governance, data quality, and security best practices
Support CI/CD pipelines and version control for data and AI workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and administration
Proficiency in SQL and Snowpark (Python preferred)
Experience with AI/ML model development or deployment
Knowledge of Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, dbt, Matillion, or similar)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
Experience with API integrations and data ingestion pipelines
