Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic thought partner to join the Marketing Analytics & Intelligence (MA&I) team at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP). The Marketing Strategy Intelligence & Analytics Manager will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the analytical teams and the business, ensuring we focus on the most impactful work that drives growth.

This individual will help connect insights to outcomes, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies that accelerate decision-making and impact. This person will be an advocate for integrating data-informed intelligence and actions into the day-to-day work of the Marketing organization. By enabling strong collaboration between data science, analytics, and business teams, this role ensures our work is focused, high impact, and outcome oriented.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to both the business and analytics teams, identifying high impact opportunities that drive growth and helping to define where analytics should focus.

  • Help drive analytic and intelligence strategy and execution, ensuring we take on high impact initiatives to drive Marketing efficiency and productivity.

  • Bridge business objectives and analytical execution by clearly defining priorities, scoping work, and ensuring outcomes are actionable, aligned to business goals and integrated end-to-end into work done across Marketing.

  • Tell compelling data stories that bring insights to life, turning complex analysis into clear, concise narratives that drive confidence and action across the organization.

  • Represent the team's work to senior leadership, communicating outcomes and recommendations with clarity and influence to guide strategic decisions.

  • Partner with data scientists and data engineers to ensure analytic frameworks and outputs directly support business priorities.

  • Drive collaboration across marketing, media, consumer insights, and agency teams. You will enable efficient processes to manage execution when necessary and ensure analytic work leads to clear business impact.

  • Identify and shape analytical capabilities by recognizing repeatable needs across brands, advising when to invest in scalable, automated solutions versus one-off analyses, to guide the data science and data engineering teams on the right level of rigor for each project.

  • Act as a facilitator, not an order taker, helping leaders identify areas of opportunity and influencing why and where to focus for growth.

  • Create high quality visualizations and communication outputs to drive clarity and enable effective storytelling.

  • Promote a culture of learning by sharing best practices, frameworks, and insights across brands and teams.

What You Won't Be Doing

  • Building complex analytics models

  • Coding or performing advanced statistical analysis from scratch

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $96,800 - $143,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, analytics, media, or advertising

  • Deep understanding of brand marketing, growth marketing, and/or media strategy

  • Proven ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable business insights

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to and influencing senior leadership

  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and storytelling abilities

  • Experience partnering with analytical teams (data science, data engineering) to define and deliver against business objectives

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of turning insights into action that drives measurable business growth

  • Experience in Agile environments or program management a plus

  • A passion for insight-driven strategy and influencing through storytelling
