Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative software solutions and ensuring the seamless integration of complex systems. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and translate them into functional code.
Optimize applications for performance and scalability, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Maintain and enhance existing software systems by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices.
Provide technical mentorship to entry level developers and guide team members in achieving project goals.
Work with embedded systems and contribute to the integration of software with hardware components.
Document software architecture and development processes to maintain clear communication across teams.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and PHP.
Expertise in frameworks like .NET, React.js, and ASP.NET.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and front-end development practices.
Familiarity with LAMP stack and its components.
Experience in embedded engineering and integrating software with hardware.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
