Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion / EBS with SCM, WMS Business Analyst to join our team onsite in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), with a proven track record of gathering requirements, configuring modules, and supporting successful implementations in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM and WMS modules.
Configure and support Oracle SCM modules, including:
Inventory Management
Procurement
Order Management
Shipping and Receiving
Product Lifecycle Management
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle WMS Cloud solutions for warehouse operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
Create functional specifications for technical team and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Troubleshoot and resolve SCM/WMS system issues and support users.
Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for business stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of SCM/WMS processes with overall enterprise architecture and business goals.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT during project lifecycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst, including 2+ years with Oracle Fusion SCM and WMS Cloud.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
Experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM/WMS implementation.
Ability to write functional requirement documents and test cases.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently onsite with minimal supervision.
