Position: Labor & Employment Associate (Onsite)

Location: New York City, NY (Onsite)

Duration : Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking of Labor & Employment Associates to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, workplace counseling, labor relations, and regulatory compliance.

• Handle employment-related litigation in federal and state courts.
• Advise clients on employment law compliance and workplace issues.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
• Manage matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, leave laws, and workplace investigations.
• Support labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, and grievance proceedings.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with partners on complex legal matters.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission (New York preferred).
• Experience in Labor & Employment law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling employment litigation and counseling matters.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.

• Experience at a law firm with a Labor & Employment practice.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with workplace investigations, wage and hour matters, and traditional labor law issues.
