ServiceNow Lead Architect
Minimum of 15+ years of total IT experience is preferred.

Introduction:

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Lead Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This role will involve working closely with business analysts, testers, and release managers to ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements
• Lead a team of developers and administrators in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze user requirements
• Coordinate testing and release management activities for ServiceNow projects
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and certifications

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory
• At least 1 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or relevant domain

Strong Candidate:

• CSA certification + 2 CIS certifications + Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

Ideal Candidate:

• CSA certification + CIS certification + CAD certification + Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent architecture level

Additionally, the following skills and certifications are not mandatory but will boost the profile credibility:

• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure Architect)
• ITIL Foundation (very common expectation)
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master / SAFe)
