Job Title: Sr. Elastic Technical Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Description:

• Works primarily in a supporting role on projects under the direction of an Architect
• Preforms duties with direction and guidance from more experienced team members.
• Comfortable working autonomously on smaller and/or less complex assigned projects.
• Performs duties without direction on smaller, tightly defined, less-complex projects.
• Required certifications:

• (none certification should be in process / must be completed before being promoted)

• Core competencies include:
• Foundational technical and people skills (good interpersonal communications)
• Strong aptitude for learning
• Comfortable with the travel requirements of the position
• Bachelor s Degree preferred
• Elastic Certified Engineer or become Elastic certfied within 2 months
• Support Consulting Architects
• Architect simple implementations
• Begin leading assigned projects
• Proficient in Elastic foundational skills and one primary specialization.
• Create product enhancment requests
• All previous level responsibilities
• Able to successfully author and generate Consulting Reports for at least 1 Primary Solution
• Able to plan, execute and complete assigned engagements
• Ability to identify additional strategic opportunities

General Guidelines:

• 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
• 1 - 2 years in Consulting Engineer role, on average (may require more less time in role for individuals)
• Uses professional expertise ; applies a combination of best practice concepts and professional experience to deliver specific outcomes.
• Work is performed within standard practices and procedures to complete assignments, address issues and resolve problems.
• Tactical & Organizational impact across multiple disciplines of a function.

Contributor Guidelines:

• Operates with moderate autonomy; requires general instruction and specific on new assignments; close management oversight and direction is required.
• Provides knowledge transfer to lower level colleagues
