Supply Chain Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in supply chain and service parts management to support data-driven planning and optimization initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within supply chain or service parts management environments.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with PTC Servigistics, specifically Service Parts Management (SPM) modules.

• Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization processes.

• Proven ability to develop clear, comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation.

• At least 3 years of experience working with SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
